She holds a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University and a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Rebecca routinely uses nutrition and exercise psychoeducation to help her clients develop healthier sleep patterns.

Dr. Rustan Adcock graduated from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina with a BA in English in 1995, and from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire in 2003. Dr. Adcock is a partner and physician with The Family Health Centers, located in Asheville, NC
Dr. Yael Baldwin, PhD
Yael Goldman Baldwin is a psychologist and the chair and associate professor of psychology at Mars Hill University in Asheville, North Carolina. She obtained her M.A. at the University of Chicago and her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Duquesne University.
Dr. Eric Zickerman, MD
Dr. Eric Zickerman graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of Science degree in exercise science, and received his medical degree from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale Arizona in 2005.
